Job Description: To work in Golden Valley, MN and various unanticipated locations throughout the United States. The Programmer Analysts will deliver reporting and data solutions to end users from a wide variety of data sources. In addition to programming, these analysts will be required to determine user requirements and design applications and data delivery mechanisms to meet those requirements. The successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to establish timelines, communicate project status, oversee user testing, write documentation, establish data security, and assist with user training as needed and must possess excellent communication and documentation skills. Individuals seeking these positions should be self-motivated, able to prioritize work and build task list independently, show leadership, and function well as a team member. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and at least three years related work experience.
